A 102-Year-Old Woman Just Checked THIS Off Her Bucket List

A 102-Year-Old Woman Just Checked THIS Off Her Bucket List

We all have those items on our bucket list. You know, the ones that are a little less realistic than the rest, yet we keep them there for good measure.

Well, if there is one thing we can learn from 102-year-old Missouri resident, Edie Simms, it's that nothing is ever impossible (or too late). No matter how impractical it may seem.

And for that reason, with the help of the St. Louis Police Department (SLMPD), Simms checked "get arrested ✓" off her list after a nice joyride in a police car — "handcuffs and all."

"We're more than happy to do these type of things," John McLaughlin of the SLMPD told Fox 2, adding, "We love it and we get more out of it than the seniors do."

But, with no plans to slow down her ongoing community service efforts, we can't help but wonder if McLaughlin truly understands what it meant to Simms to finally get arrested.

Because as she says, "It's a great world if you just open your eyes and look at it."
