Exclusive Recap: Day Two of The 2016 MAKERS Conference

The second day of The 2016 MAKERS Conference kicked off Tuesday morning at Terranea Resort, in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif.

McKinsey & Company's Director Emeritus, Joanna Barsh, began the first session with a discussion about women in the workplace, with a special presentation featuring stats and data about today's working women.

Journalist and New York Times Columnist, Jessica Bennett, then premiered "Feminist Fight Club," a parody video based on her upcoming book that chronicles women in the workplace taking on the ultimate opponent: Patriarchy.

The four sessions throughout the day covered a wide range of topics and featured exclusive MAKERS videos like the world premiere of Caitlyn Jenner's exclusive MAKERS story.

Other highlights included a conversation between AOL Inc.'s CEO Tim Armstrong and American soccer player and two-time Olympic gold medalist, Abby Wambach.
