Watch Hope Solo's Exclusive Interview at The Nantucket Project

Watch MAKERS' Senior Producer Nancy Armstrong at The Nantucket Project as she interviews MAKER Hope Solo, a World Cup champion, two-time Olympic gold medalist and winner of the 2011 and 2015 FIFA World Cup Golden Glove awards.

A leading voice for women's rights and gender equality, Solo was one of five members of the USWNT to file a wage discrimination claim against the national Federation earlier this year.

During this interview Solo discusses how she's always been a fighter. She begins by sharing some background about her childhood living with her homeless father.

She also tells Armstrong what she thinks about losing her job after 17 years.
