Katy Perry and Rihanna Are Getting Their Side Hustles On
In 2014 she earned $135 million, with her world tour, hit records, and endorsement deals. "I am proud of my position as a boss, as a person that runs my own company," Perry told Forbes. "I'm an entrepreneur ... I don't want to shy away from it. I actually want to kind of grab it by its balls."
One of those big endorsement deals is with H&M in which Perry is rocking some serious holiday sweaters for their latest campaign. Think giant ornaments and elfie selfies. Seriously, Mrs. Clause doesn’t even have this many cute Christmas clothes.
Perry’s good friend Rihanna is also putting her side hustle in full throttle. The singer announced this week she's launching a beauty and stylist agency called Fr8me. The Los Angeles-based firm assists artists in booking commercials, editorial shoots, ad campaigns, and red-carpet gigs.
"Hair, makeup, and styling play an important role in creativity," Rihanna told The Hollywood Reporter. "I am very involved with that part of my process, so this agency was an organic thing for me to do."
