"Our Best Days Are Ahead of Us": Reassuring Words From History MAKER Hillary Clinton's Concession Speech

In what's being considered by the media as one of the biggest upsets in American history, Donald J. Trump will be the 45th president of the United States.

The Javits Center went from smiles to tears within hours on Tuesday night — a drastic turn of events from what many had planned.

On Wednesday morning, MAKER Hillary Clinton arrived at the New Yorker Hotel's Grand Ballroom to address the audience in a concession speech where she encouraged Democrats to move forward, and confirmed that she still believes in America, and always will.

"This is not the outcome we wanted or worked so hard for. I'm sorry we didn't win this election for the values we share and the vision we hold for our country," she said. "Donald Trump is going to be our President. We owe him an open mind and a chance to lead."
