Sarah Jessica Parker Got the Attention of the Russian Ambassador With a Meme

MAKER Sarah Jessica Parker just scored herself an invite to meet the Russian Ambassador.

That's right. After re-posting a meme of her famous HBO character, Carrie Bradshaw, from her six season "Sex and the City" series, the Russian Ministry's spokesperson, Maria Zakhraov, responded to Parker with a meme.

Parker's meme read: "I couldn't help but wonder… had the Russian ambassador been meeting with everybody except me" in response to members of Trump's team allegedly meeting with the Russian ambassador, Sergey Kislyak in 2016.

The Huffington Post's Deputy Editor James Michael Nichols created the meme and it went viral enough for Parker to Instagram it herself with the caption: "I had to. Don't know the province however whoever you are, thank you. X, sj."

Zakravo;s reponse read: "Sarah, if you want it so much, we can help you meet Russian Ambassador."

While a meeting between Parker and Kislyak is not yet confirmed, Parker hasn't given a definitive 'no' to signing on to a third "Sex and the City" movie. "It's in a warming drawer. It's never been a 'no' … it's always been an 'if' and 'when,'" Parker told Marie Claire at a New York Fashion Week event.
