Take Action: Check Out the New United State of Women Action Network

Just a few days after the declared United Day of Women on December 3, the United State of Women has officially launched its very own action network.

Dedicated to connecting "people directly with opportunities to organize, volunteer and donate to organizations working on the causes they care about," the network is home to numerous ideas on how everyone can get involved.

The site covers issues on civic engagement, leadership, community, human rights, supporting survivors of gender-biased violence, access to education, women's health and reproductive justice, and economic empowerment.

The action hub also outlines ways for citizens to solve the ones they care most about by directing them to donate to various foundations, download resources to help, and/or volunteer.

Though the network is officially available to access, the United State of Women will continue to add to it with your help in crowdsourcing ideas, opinions, and information.
