Watch Octavia Spencer Host "Saturday Night Live"

On Saturday, actress, producer, and 2017 MAKERS Conference speaker Octavia Spencer took to the stage of the renowned "Saturday Night Live" to host an unforgettable show.

Spencer's opening monologue before the night's sketches touched upon various timely topics, including the fact that the award-winning and Oscar-nominated film, "Hidden Figures," was often referred to by the wrong name — "Hidden Fences" was a common mishap.

Seeing as though "there were three black movies at the Oscars this year" and "that’s a lot for America," Spencer took hold of the situation, joking that she had come up with the perfect solution — a "Hidden Fences Light" movie, which would tell "the story of three black women who send an introspective gay guy to build a fence on the moon."
