Elizabeth is currently Vice President of Marketing within OPEN, a division of American Express dedicated to small businesses. She is responsible for leading Brand building initiatives for OPEN as well as leading a team of seasoned marketing experts who are deployed on project engagements to accelerate business growth and innovation.
Prior to this role, Elizabeth spent over 15 years building new and growing existing businesses including roles leading OPEN Products, Features and Loyalty programs. As the general manager of both product and service businesses, Elizabeth is known for her balance of big conceptual thinking, a relentless focus on outcomes, and being a nurturing people leader. She has a track record of success in driving growth through new product innovation as well as new customer experiences. She has also brought to market innovative integrated marketing strategies and led customer facing sales and operating teams.
When not working, Elizabeth can be found on an outdoor adventure with her husband David and son Max.
