Caroline Gundeck is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and heads the Client Development Group for U.S. Wealth Management and Private Wealth Management. She is responsible for coordinating efforts within the firm to deliver strategies and solutions that lead to and enhance the success and development of Financial Advisors and managers. In addition, to establish Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as the premier provider of choice for wealth management services for High Net Worth clients.
Caroline serves as Chair of the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Annual Appeal and Global Volunteer Month campaigns.
She joined Morgan Stanley in September 2006 as an Executive Director and Head of Diversity for National Sales, where she focused on continuing and advancing diversity efforts throughout the business. Previously, she was with Merrill Lynch for 24 years, most recently serving as Co-Head of Multicultural Marketing for Merrill Lynch. During her 20 years as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch, she was a member of the firm’s Circle of Excellence and Director’s Circle.
Caroline earned a B.S. in Economics from Marymount College in Tarrytown, New York. She is a member of The Women’s Forum of New York. She was born and raised in Paterson, New Jersey and currently resides in Ridgewood, New Jersey, with her husband, Richard, and four children: Jordan, Parker, Katherine, and Charles.
Caroline is an avid car collector with her husband and has raised llamas and Tibetan yaks in Upstate New York.
