Grace Bale is an Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at the Morgan Stanley Client Advisory Center—the firm’s business focused on the mass affluent client segment. Grace is responsible for defining and supporting the business need in areas of operations and technology, business management, training and strategic initiatives, and aligning the business with product and functional areas across the firm.
Grace joined the firm in 1985 as the Branch Operations Manager in Sacramento, CA and has held a succession of leadership roles within the Wealth Management organization. During her tenure with Morgan Stanley, Grace has worked in five states, including California, Texas, Illinois, New Jersey, and New York. Throughout her career, Grace has been passionate about effecting change to improve the experience of our clients and Financial Advisors and worked to represent the interests of our branch and corporate employees. She has been a mentor to many women in the firm and an advocate for advancing women in their careers.
Grace earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Education and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from California State University, Sacramento. She completed the Securities Industry Institute Program at the Wharton School. Within her local community of Hoboken, NJ, Grace volunteers as Co-Chair for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, is a member of the Party with Purpose organization, and is an active member of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
