As Chief Administration Officer for U.S. Field Management at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, Lisa manages and develops Wealth Management’s administrative functions and ensures that all business and administrative processes, systems, and procedures that are developed resonate with Morgan Stanley’s goals and objectives. Lisa partners with key leadership within the divisions across the organization, including the Technology, Operations, Investment Products & Services, Private Banking, Marketing, Strategy and Client Management, Legal and Compliance departments to oversee Field and Client Communications, develop and support the implementation of new business initiatives and opportunities for the Branch Services Organization, and assess the needs and resources of the Technology Training Group that are critical to supporting the firm’s business and personnel growth.
Facilitating the partnership between the Wealth Management Field Advisory Councils and senior management, Lisa listens to business needs and oversees teams to bring the Councils’ ideas and initiatives from concept to delivery.
Prior to her current role, Lisa served as Head of Branch Advocate and later as CAO of National Sales, Global Wealth Management. She joined the firm in 1999 starting out on the front lines as a Sales Assistant, becoming a Portfolio Associate and later advancing to Assistant Branch Manager.
Grateful to all the people who championed and created opportunities for her to be successful, Lisa likes to “pay it forward” by seeking out and mentoring others in the industry and helping them succeed and rise through the ranks. In addition to mentoring, Lisa is active in her community and volunteers with her daughter at Blythedale Children's Hospital.
Born and raised in New York, Lisa is proud to be a working wife and mother to a school-age daughter, two stepdaughters, and two furry, four-legged kids (a Shih Tzu and a Golden-Doodle).
