Jennifer Healy thought she was going to be an accountant. Instead, she has been a marketer for 15 years in personal care, cosmetics and foods. She has worked at Clairol, L’Oreal, Cadbury Schweppes and now Unilever on such brands as Herbal Essences, Maybelline, Mott’s, Axe, Dove and Vaseline.
Jennifer believes that the key to success in marketing is pursuing what’s different. Developing “never been seen before” innovation is her passion point. She believes that this can fundamentally change people’s behavior and radically grow categories. Her most recent launch - Vaseline Spray & Go Body Moisturizer was Unilever’s first continuous spray lotion and the most successful innovation in body care last year. This is what gained her the MAKERS nomination – as a true innovator in her field.
She received her undergraduate degree from Boston College and MBA from Fordham University. Jennifer lives in White Plains, New York with her husband George and their 3 children (Charlie 8, George Jr. 6, Jane 4). In her free time, she enjoys skiing, reading, going to the beach and playing board games with her kids.
