Lynn McMahon is the office managing director of Accenture in New York Metro. In this role, Lynn is responsible for driving the local business strategy and engaging a staff of more than 4,700 New York and New Jersey based resources. In addition to her New York Metro responsibilities, Lynn leads the Media and Entertainment industry group for Accenture in North America. And finally, Lynn serves as the executive sponsor of one of Accenture’s largest telecommunications industry accounts based in New York City. Throughout her 30-year career with Accenture, Lynn has held a number of leadership positions within the Accenture Communications, Media and Technology operating group. Lynn is the founder and executive sponsor of the Accenture Women’s Leadership Forum, a premier client event for senior, female business executives in the communications, media and high tech industries. Through the years, the Forum has become a vehicle for those women driving change within the technology ecosystem to build leadership skills, learn from each other, collaborate and drive business together. Lynn is a recipient of Accenture’s prestigious “Great Place to Work for Women” award, which is given annually to a senior executive who has fostered and modeled an environment where women can succeed.

Kathleen O’Reilly is Accenture’s Senior Managing Director responsible for leading the company’s business across North America’s Northeast region where her focus is bringing innovation to clients, attracting and leading top talent, and driving the company’s impact across the communities it serves. The Northeast serves clients across key industries such as life sciences, banking, capital markets, communications, health, insurance, high tech, media/entertainment, retail, and consumer goods. Prior to her current role, Kathleen was the Group Strategy and Operations Officer for North America and was responsible globally for Accenture Strategy across the Communications, Media and Technology industries. During her 20 years with Accenture, she has advised clients on a broad range of strategic issues, specializing in helping clients enter new markets, create competitive advantage, and navigate the digital world. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University.

Teresa Poggenpohl is responsible for marketing and communications for the United States and Canada. She is focused on positioning Accenture as a leading brand in these markets, building credibility with clients and business communities and promoting Accenture as an employer of choice. In her 25+ year career at Accenture, she has spearheaded the rebranding of Andersen Consulting to Accenture, crafted award-winning image-building advertising campaigns, and established a European Marketing function while based in London. Most recently, she developed a unique brand identity and integrated marketing campaign for Accenture’s five businesses. She has received wide recognition for her achievements, being named “Best Marketer” by B-to-B Magazine, selected for the 2015 list of 100 Influential Marketers by The International Magazine, and received the 2012 Distinguished Alumnus Award from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Business. Teresa also serves several civic, community and business organizations.

Her practice area has over 7,000 professionals globally working across Content Strategy, Content Creation and Production, Content Management, Content Distribution, Content Operations and Performance. She is a frequent industry speaker on a wide range of topics related to Content and the central role it plays in the enterprise today. Donna has 25 years of experience in Marketing and has held senior positions in the management consulting and advertising industries, including CEO of Ogilvy Healthworld. She sat on the WPP Healthcare Board and was a member of the 4A's Government Relations Committee where she advised on policy related to data privacy and emerging digital trends. She was also recognized by MedAd News as Advertising Person of the Year.
