Beth Conway is the HR Leader at CA Technologies for the America’s Region. She is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns the right engaged talent, with the right business opportunities, at the right time to enable CA’s customers and advance organizational goals. In addition to her HR leadership roles, Beth serves as a member of the organization’s Customer Experience Council, 401k Committee, and the Business Practices and Compliance Review Board. Beth served as a board member from 2013-2016 of Florida Next, a non-profit focused on creating opportunities with entrepreneurs and businesses to drive an innovation economy. Prior to joining CA, Beth held various HR roles at KeyBank where she was responsible for recruiting and partnering with the sales and customer facing business units to achieve growth. Beth is an alumna of Harvard Business School and Siena College.

Vice President, Global Education & Collaboration

Tina MacVeigh is the Global Leader of Education for CA Technologies, engaging employees in an adaptive learning culture educating themselves and each other, empowered by an amazing team of consultants and transformation specialists. She is also responsible for the product enablement of CA Partners and Customers leading an award-winning global content production team innovating education with the integration of technology and information. Tina has worked with CA for 10 years in roles on Operations, Services and Human Resources. Prior to CA, Tina held leadership roles in companies ranging from large enterprise software companies to start-up technology firms, always focused on optimizing the potential of human performance. She has held roles related to Education, Operations, Services and Sales. She also contributes her time and industry experience to United Way and some fantastic start-up non-profits.
Angela Tucci
Angela Tucci

General Manager, Agile Management

Angela T. Tucci is general manager of Agile Management at CA Technologies, joining from recently acquired Rally Software. In her current role at CA, Angela leads the Agile, PPM and Service Management groups, as well as supporting CA in its Agile Transformation. A veteran of the enterprise software industry, Angela brings more than 20 years of experience leading, developing and executing successful global strategy initiatives and driving profitability in organizations. Angela assumed the role of General Manager of the Rally business following the departure of the CEO post-acquisition. Prior to that, she held the position of Chief Revenue Officer of Rally Software, responsible for all revenue generation processes in the organization, including Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. She joined Rally in late 2013 as the company’s first Chief Marketing Officer. From 2011-2013, Angela served as Chief Strategy Officer for Symantec Corporation — a global leader in security, backup, and availability solutions — where she was responsible for the company’s business strategy, venture investing, innovation businesses, and M&A. Before her tenure at Symantec, Angela was Chief Strategy Officer at NEON Enterprise Software, a mainframe tools company, where she led the development and execution of the company’s corporate strategy and market direction, driving the company to be cashflow positive for the first time. While at NEON, Angela also acted as CEO of Compliance Spectrum, an IT governance and risk management company. She helped prepare the company for acquisition and turned the company around by focusing on profitability and growth, and presenting a qualified acquirer. Angela also co-founded cloud-computing company Terraspring in 1999, which was later acquired by Sun Microsystems, and co-founded Indicative Software in 2003, which was acquired by Nimsoft, who was acquired by CA Technologies shortly thereafter. Angela is trustee for the Anita Borg Institute, a non-profit organization focused on the advancement of women in computing and technology. She holds a master’s degree in business from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in physics from Princeton University.
