Marketing for the Americas & Ads Business Unit
Lisa Gevelber joined Google in January 2010 and runs Marketing for the Americas region and for the Ads Business Unit. She and her team help marketers all over the world make the most of the web. They have helped brands by providing data and insights on consumer trends, helped creatives re-imagine storytelling in the digital age through things like Project Re-brief and Art, Copy and Code, and helped millions of small businesses grow. In Latin America, Lisa and her team have brought YouTube, Android, Chromebooks, and Google Play to new countries and brought cultural events like the World Cup and Carnival to the world. She has more than 20 years of experience, from P&G and Intuit to start-ups. Prior to Google, Lisa served as Vice President of Product Management & General Manager at Intuit. During her time there, she led a team of 200 across Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Engineering and was awarded two CEO Leadership Awards. She is also the inventor on multiple patents.
