As Director of Digital Customer Engagement Strategy, Sasha Lucas is responsible for the evolution and growth of consumer engagement across social, mobile, and emerging digital platforms for Verizon Fios Internet, TV, and voice products. With a focus on customer care and servicing, her team is charged with engineering innovative and meaningful experiences for over 9MM consumers that interact with the Verizon brand each day. Prior to her current role, Sasha spent 8 years at Citigroup where she was responsible for Digital Customer Experience Strategy, focused on utilizing consumer data and insights to deliver comprehensive end-to-end user experiences. She also served as the Head of Digital Usage and Engagement for Citibank NA, leading development and execution of cross-channel marketing for digital and customer self-service for the retail bank and credit card divisions. Sasha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami and a Master’s in Business in Administration (M.B.A.) from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
