Pamela Rief is a biomechanics education specialist, trainer, and the Co-Founder of the Strengthen Up Project. The project's mission is to educate people on biomechanics habits in order to prevent sports injuries. By using yoga techniques and movement training, she works with individuals and families to achieve and retain optimal postural alignment to minimize injury and lifelong pain. She trained in posture alignment at the Aplomb Institute of Paris and earned an M.S. in Epidemiology, Disease Prevention from Stanford University. She was also the valedictorian of her class at SUNY Stony Brook.
