Rachel Simmons is the author of two New York Times best sellers, including Odd Girl Out: The Hidden Culture of Aggression in Girls, the first book to explore bullying between young women. She is the Co-Founder of the Girls’ Leadership Institute, a non-profit that works internationally with girls, parents and teachers to develop strategies to address and reduce bullying, and empower girls to grow into confident women. Prior to beginning her female aggression studies at Oxford University, Rachel won a Rhodes Scholarship from New York.
