Everyone's favorite history-making ballerina Misty Copeland is known as an outspoken advocate for body diversity in the ballet world and beyond. She constantly serves up inspiration on her account, sharing photos from rehearsals and recent performances.

2. @yoga_girl

Rachel Brathen, also known as "yoga girl" to her many followers, travels the world hosting yoga workshops. Brathen recently launched a Kickstarter campaign called oneOeight — "a projected online platform dedicated to healing with a foundation in yoga." Her crazy moves with the most dreamy backdrops will inspire you to seek out and explore your surroundings while working on your flexibility, of course.

A lifestyle stop the curious and driven health-goers, HOW YOU GLOW is your one-stop shop for reviews, interviews, advice, recipes and products. Founders Tara and Jessie have backgrounds steeped in yoga, cooking, nutrition, and creativity. The page is full of travel snapshots, food, and #getheglow moments.

Natasha, 24, started her journey on eating clean, organic food after suffering from binge eating, anorexia, depression, and anxiety for seven years. A true testament to the healing process of nourishing food, Natasha has since focused on healthy eating as a vehicle to manifest her practice of veganism and self-care. 

7. @DeliciouslyElla

Blogger, author and self-proclaimed "nut butter addict" Ella Woodward started her popular blog "Deliciously Ella" after being diagnosed with a rare illness in 2011. She began to share her holistic journey on natural good and healing approaches on her blog, and eventually ventured out to Instagram. Her page showcases recipes from her previous cookbooks, new wellness endeavors, and photos of her workouts with her dog.

Founder of NYC-based Strala Yoga, Tara Stiles is a former model-turned-yoga instructor who goes by her mantra, "Make Your Own Rules Diet," also the title of her forthcoming cookbook and lifestyle guide (with a foreward by MAKER, Kris Carr). Stiles' Instagram shows off her wide range of impressive yoga moves, wellness giveaways, and even the super casual yoga poses with the mastermind Deepak Chopra.

I maintain this account to document my home #yoga practice- however, my practice doesn't begin and end on a yoga mat. I eat certain things, use certain products, and wear clothes from a wide variety of apparel designers. If I ever mention a product, take comfort in the fact that I have actually used each item and incorporate it into my daily health regiment and practice. Regardless of sponsorship, I never mention items I don't actually use, and I can't tell you how many offers I've declined from companies who are desperate for shameless social media promotion. I am not willing to promote products solely for the act of collecting money- if I say something about it, it's because I actually think you should give it a shot. If you have a problem with this policy, please know that my love still extends to you, but go if you must. Besides, if @serialpodcast & @nprinvisibilia can tout brands they like, I think it's cool if I do it, too. One word that comes to mind when looking at Alex Elle's Instagram account is simplicity.Known as Alex Elle to her 200k+ social media followers from all around the globe, author and poet Alexandra Elle practices yoga, meditation and healthy living through balancing her life as a mother and entrepreneur. 

Her account also includes excerpts from her book "love in my language." Through words and her philosophy on life, Elle encourages her followers to dig deep and prioritize emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
