Relive Beyoncé's Epic Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show

Beyoncé definitely amazed us during a brilliant dance battle with Bruno Mars at Sunday's Super Bowl halftime show.

On Sunday, she performed her new song "Formation" live at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., alongside a powerful crew of female dancers.

"Formation" is the first new song Beyoncé has released since 2014. Critics are pointing out that it is one of her most politically direct pieces of music, with references to Hurricane Katrina, police brutality, cultural identity, and beauty standards.

Sunday's halftime show also featured performances by British rock band Coldplay. Lead singer Chris Martin animated the stage surrounded by colorful dancers. The show culminated with the announcement of Beyoncé's upcoming world tour. Tickets are slated to go on sale beginning Feb. 15.
