Billie Jean King, Patricia Arquette, Mary J. Blige, and More Celebrated At Salesforce's First-Ever Equality Awards Gala

On April 3, the National Museum of Women in the Arts welcomed guests to the first-ever Equality Awards in Pictures Gala hosted by Salesforce.

According to the company, the event "brought together business, government, and nonprofit leaders as well as community members to honor four Equality trailblazers."

The recipients were MAKERS Billie Jean King, Lilly Ledbetter, and Mary J. Blige, along with 2017 MAKERS Conference speaker Patricia Arquette.

With MAKER Nancy Pelosi opening up the night for those in attendance, the night was filled with empowerment and boldness, encouraging everyone "to work together to be leaders of equal pay and equality" and, in King's words, "dare to lead."
