Demi Lovato Becomes Co-Owner of the Rehab Facility That Treated Her

Demi Lovato has always been open about her struggles, and the fact that she sought treatment at a rehab facility in 2013.

The 24-year-old pop sensation suffered from depression, bulimia, and substance abuse and was treated at CAST Centers in Los Angeles.

In an upcoming interview for "CBS Sunday Morning," Lovato admitted she was "a nightmare," but she was eventually able to move past her issues — turning to faith for guidance.

She also credits the main reason why she is alive and is more successful than ever is because she took responsibility for her actions.

Now, the former Disney star has become a part owner of the facility that helped turn her life around and she hopes it will do the same for others.

Tune into CBS on Sunday September 11, at 9am EST to watch Lovato's full interview.
