Hillary Clinton Is Attending 2017's Women in the World Summit

MAKER Hillary Clinton just RSVP'd yes to Tina Brown's 8th annual Women in the World New York Summit, where she will sit down for a one-on-one interview with New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof, The New York Times reports. The event is scheduled to take place April 5-7.

"We are delighted Secretary Clinton will be back with us after he momentous run for the presidency. With resurgent national energy around issues confronting women, her insights and wisdom will be of critical importance to hear," Brown, CEO and founder of Women in the World, said.

This will be her seventh time attending the Summit. Clinton last took the Summit’s stage in 2015 days after announcing her run for presidential candidacy where she proudly said: "There's never been a better time to be born female."
