Hillary Clinton Plans to Fill Half of Her Cabinet With Women

The Cabinet might look a whole lot different if Hillary Clinton becomes President of the United States in this year's election.

And by different we mean Clinton would be filling those executive posts with women — who historically make up about a quarter to a third of the Cabinet.

According to a recent New York Times feature along with supporting media interviews, Clinton would tap on women leaders across all sectors to make up half of the Cabinet.

MAKER Sheryl Sandberg is among some of the names under consideration to potentially join the Cabinet under a potential Clinton administration.

The news comes after reports that Clinton would practice a whole new approach to the White House, from navigating complex deals and policies, to a new way of communicating with leaders and elected officials.
