#MadeByMAKERS: Female Beer Makers

It's no secret that craft beers have taken the beverage world by storm, with thousands of microbreweries popping up around the country in the past few years alone. In 2014, for the first-time ever, craft brewers reached double-digit (11 percent) volume share of the marketplace, according to the Brewers Association.

We've decided to celebrate a few outstanding female brewers by featuring some of their finest creations here on MAKERS.com, as part of our #MadeByMAKERS campaign

To help these women gain even more momentum in a booming industry that's becoming increasingly more difficult to stand out, you can familiarize yourself with their brands and brews in the gallery above, and keep an eye out for them in stores nationwide.

Want even more great beer news? Check out Pink Boots Society, an organization designed to empower female beer professionals to advance their careers in the beer industry through education. We'll cheers to that.
