Obama Endorses Hillary as Presumptive Democratic Presidential Nominee; Gloria Steinem Follows Suit

In a recent video, Barack Obama congratulates Hillary Clinton on her presumptive Democratic presidential nomination. Obama highlights his opinion of Hillary stating, "I don't think there has ever been someone so qualified to hold this office."

Not coincidentally, Obama also met with Bernie Sanders Thursday, which according to an interview between CNN's Chief International Correspondent Christiane Amanpour and Gloria Steinem, was to presumably try "to encourage him to throw his support behind Hillary now that she's clinched the delegates and to unify the party to face Trump in November."

According to Steinem, "It is not a woman, it is the right woman." Adding that, "We need to understand having Hillary in the White House does not mean it cures us of sexism, it is very important, but we have to understand that it's our actions from the bottom up that are important."
