These Two Female Powerhouses May Soon Join Twitter in a Big Way

Twitter is reportedly replacing two board members and we're thrilled with two of the names under consideration.

Insiders at Twitter have indicated that MAKERS Oprah Winfrey and Shonda Rhimes could potentially be Twitter's newest board members.

Although there has been no official comment from the social media giant, it's been reported that Twitter CEO and co-founder Jack Dorsey has been looking to diversify a board that has largely been comprised of mostly white men and one woman.

Rapper Kendrick Lamar has been rumored to be among the prospective candidates.

On Wednesday, the company is said to release their fourth-quarter earnings report, which some critics say may be the most important in Twitter’s history. The company's current valuation is now under $10 billion.

The company is also slated to announce the names of their two newest board members.
