Simone Biles Has a Memoir Coming This November and We're Flipping Out

Despite having fallen down the stairs at the MTV Video Music Awards because she "sucks at walking," Simone Biles has proven with her repeated flawless routines that she has one (of many) things: the "Courage to Soar." The title of her upcoming memoir, written with New York Times bestselling author Michelle Burford, tells the story of how she became one of history's most decorated gymnasts.

"It's about my life, a little bit about my family, and then how I got to where I am," Biles told Ellen DeGeneres on Tuesday during the season premiere of her show. It was Biles' first talk show appearance since she made history in Rio.

"Courage to Soar: A Body in Motion, A Life in Balance" is available for preorder on Amazon now ahead of its November release.
