Tyra Banks Is Getting Down to Business and Heading Back to School

For two weeks, supermodel Tyra Banks will be teaching a class at Stanford University — and unfortunately it's not a class on how to "smize" (smile with your eyes).

In May 2017, Banks will teach 25 MBA students how to create and maintain a personal brand. Her co-instructor will be management professor Allison Kluger, who previously worked as a producer for "The View" and "Good Morning America."

According to the syllabus, there will be an unconventional final project, where the students will use Facebook Live, local television, or YouTube to "share their personal brand to the public."

The syllabus suggests that portions of the class will be streamed on Facebook Live, so ANTM and Banks fans can learn from the class at home.

Banks told The Wall Street Journal that she plans to be as no-nonsense as a professor as she is as a TV host. "If I see somebody not paying attention, I'm gonna call on them," she said.
