Mary Kay Evans is Verizon Digital Media Services’ chief marketing officer and oversees the company’s go-to-market strategy, planning, branding, and execution. Mary Kay has a broad base of experience shaping marketing strategies, integrated communications, and brand programs for technology giants and startups alike. She has spent the last ten years working with companies focused on changing the way the world watches television. Prior to joining the Digital Media Services team, Mary Kay co-founded Radi8 Creative, a marketing communications agency offering public relations, creative, and advertising services. Before founding Radi8 Creative, Mary Kay was vice president of marketing for Move Networks, a pioneer in the digital media industry, delivering some of the first full episodes and true TV experiences online. She also served as vice president of corporate communications for MediConnect Global, a leader in electronic health information exchange services and lead corporate communications for Ancestry.com.

Charlotte Koh is Head of Video for The Huffington Post. Prior to HuffPost, she was Head of GoPro Original Productions and Hulu’s first Head of Originals, defining Hulu's creative strategy and creating the team and infrastructure to produce and market original television series. Before Hulu, she was Senior Vice President of Business Development at Marvel Studios, where she co-created the Marvel One Shot short series, led Marvel’s home entertainment team, and worked closely with Disney executives on the post-acquisition integration. She started in entertainment at Fox Searchlight Pictures as a creative executive working on films such as the Academy Award-nominated ”The Last King of Scotland” and ”Notes on a Scandal.” In addition, she has held various positions in film and television start-ups, was a strategy consultant with Mercer Management Consulting, and a part-time instructor at USC's film school. She holds an MFA from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts in Motion Picture Producing and a BA from Stanford University in Political Science.

Kelly O’Connor is Vice President and Chief Counsel at AOL Inc. providing legal support for AOL’s media brands, including The Huffington Post, TechCrunch, MAKERS, Moviefone, and AOL.com. She has been with AOL for fifteen years focusing on commercial transactions and partnerships, licensing, marketing, distribution, product review, and integration of newly acquired companies. Over the last 3 years she has helped The Huffington Post launch local editions in seventeen countries, including Brazil, Mexico, India, Japan, South Korea, Australia, South Africa, Canada, and several European countries. She leads AOL Legal’s pro bono program, is a contributing author of ”Pro Bono Service By In-House Counsel – Strategies and Perspectives” (PLI 2010), and is the president of the board of directors for Northern Virginia's nonprofit legal aid organization, Legal Services of Northern Virginia. Kelly has served as a special committee member for the National Capitol Region chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, and as a speaker for the Media Law Resource Center, the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, and the Pro Bono Institute.
