Carolina Cespedes was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia where she majored in Finance and International Relations. Carolina also has an MBA from Saint Louis University in Saint Louis, MO. She had a 14-year career at Procter & Gamble that spanned 3 countries (Colombia, the U.S. and Belgium) where she held positions in Sales and Marketing. In 2014, Carolina moved to Danone in Belgium to lead marketing for its biggest business, the Active Health Brands portfolio. She moved to New York almost 3 years ago to continue her career at Dannon, first as Sales Strategy and Shopper Marketing Director and then as Senior Brand Director for Activia.

Alana Libow is The Dannon Company’s Senior Manager of Sustainable Development. The Dannon Company, U.S. subsidiary of Danone, is America's founding national yogurt company. Alana leads the company’s sustainable development work focused on environmental, community, and nutritional strategic initiatives. She is responsible for ensuring business growth and market leadership while advancing Dannon’s environmental footprint and sustainable development competitiveness from sourcing to end markets. Prior to joining The Dannon Company, Alana worked for Winston Eco-Strategies as an independent consultant and FIJI Water. She also brings experience working in economic development in Latin America (Fulbright Scholar 2004-2005), international/domestic policy at Harvard’s Kennedy School (2002-2004), corporate consulting at Vantage Partners (2005), and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) analytics at Innovest Strategic Value Advisors (now owned by MSCI) (2006-2008). Alana completed her MBA from The Wharton School (2010) and graduated Magna Cum Laude, A.B. in Anthropology, from Washington University in St. Louis (2002). She completed an MIT Sloan School of Business Executive Education program, “Strategies for Sustainable Business” in 2014.
