As Senior Vice President of Global Communications for Getty Images, Jennifer Ferguson is responsible for leading a cohesive and encompassing communications strategy for the international media company. Jennifer oversees Getty Images’ brands, reputation and corporate communications globally, as well as provides strategic communications counsel to the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Getty Images, Jennifer held the role of Senior Vice President and International Director of Communications and Public Relations for Christie’s, the fine arts purveyor, where she was responsible for leading Christie’s global corporate communications efforts. During her three-year tenure, Jennifer transformed public perception of the Christie’s brand from that of a storied British auction house to one of a modern global art business. Jennifer has a wealth of expertise in the luxury, corporate and entertainment sectors and prior to her time at Christie’s, held the role of Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Communications and Public Relations at Kerzner International Resorts. Here she was responsible for all global communications strategies and integrated partnerships for its various hospitality brands. Jennifer has also spent time at Miramax/Dimension Films, where she was responsible for strategy and national publicity campaigns for feature films under the Dimension banner, as the company’s Senior Vice President for Publicity. Jennifer is a graduate of Cornell University.

As head of the North American Creative Research team at Getty Images, Pam Grossman studies visual culture and uses custom-designed forecasting methods to drive the global creative imagery plan for gettyimages.com. She also oversees the Getty Images Lean In Collection, a partnership with Sheryl Sandberg’s female empowerment non-profit, LeanIn.Org, which aims to break down gender stereotypes and use the power of imagery to change perspectives and promote equality. Pam frequently presents her research on commercial imagery at various Fortune 500 companies, global agencies, and conferences and her work on the Getty Images Lean In Collection has been featured in such outlets as The New York Times, AdAge, Buzzfeed, Fast Company, The Washington Post, and CBS This Morning, among many others. In 2014, Pam was named one of Marie Claire’s “20 Women Changing the Ratio” for their 20th Anniversary issue. In 2016, she was selected as one of LinkedIn’s Next Wave “Top Professionals 35 & Under.” Pam is a graduate of New York University with a degree in Cultural Anthropology.
