Kweilin Ellingrud is a Partner at McKinsey and led the Minneapolis office over the last 4 years as the first woman in the role. She leads company-wide transformations in financial services and is the instigator and co-author of McKinsey Global Institute's ”Power of Parity” on gender equality. Prior to joining McKinsey, she helped women entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses at the Center for Women & Enterprise. Kweilin serves on the Board of College Possible and the YWCA of Minneapolis. She has a BA and MBA from Harvard University.

Managing Partner, Mid-Atlantic Office

Katy George is the Managing Partner of McKinsey’s Mid-Atlantic Office and a leader in McKinsey’s Manufacturing Practice. Her 20 year career has focused on the pharmaceutical and medical device industries where she works with clients to set operations strategy, new organization structures and optimize supply and manufacturing performance. Katy’s publications include “Industry 4.0: How to Navigate the Digitization of the Manufacturing Sector" (2015) and “The Impact of Automation on the Future of Enterprise and Nature of Work” (2015). She holds a B.S. from Oberlin College and a Ph.D. from Harvard. Katy is active with Episcopal Relief & Development and Union Seminary.
Trish Gyorey
Trish Gyorey

Partner, Operations

Trish Gyorey is a Partner within McKinsey’s Operations practice, assisting clients across multiple sectors in implementing transformations to their manufacturing operations and supply chains. She transferred to McKinsey’s Santiago office in 2014 to help drive growth in operations work in the region. Trish also leads the “All In” diversity initiative in the region, a program dedicated to the recruitment, retention, and advancement of women. Prior to joining McKinsey, she worked for 14 years in the automotive industry, at both Ford Motor Company and Lear Corporation. Trish received her Bachelors of Science in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Ross School of Business.
