Farnaz Haghseta is the Diversity Lead for SapientRazorfish, responsible for developing the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy and programs. In her role, she works with business leadership and internal teams to develop programs focused on attracting, retaining, and growing diverse talent at SapientRazorfish. She also serves as the Global Lead for the Women’s Leadership Network, the company’s business resource group focused on empowering women to drive their own career development. Over the past 15 years, Farnaz’s career path has encompassed program management and business strategy roles across the consulting, technology, and education industries. Prior to her time at SapientRazorfish, she played a key role in launching MIT OpenCourseWare and making MIT course materials more readily available to academic institutions around the world. She received three engineering degrees from MIT and is passionate about finding new ways to interest girls in STEM education and building a strong pipeline of future female engineers.

Sarah Kramer is a force within the marketing industry and across Publicis Media, dedicating herself to elevating the careers of women of all demographics and fellow working mothers across the globe. Over the course of her nearly three decades at Publicis Groupe, she has inspired countless men and women in Greater China, Latin America, the United States and beyond. Today, she is Chief Client and Operating Officer at Mediavest | Spark USA, the first and only woman to hold this vital position across Publicis Groupe. Sarah works closely with the CEO to create opportunities for agency growth, develop its talent pool, expand its capabilities beyond media planning and buying, and oversee $4 billions in media billings. She is at the forefront of Mediavest | Spark reinventing its digital, data and technology talent and capability hub in line with the agency’s innovative approach to marketplace and technology partnerships to deliver for clients. 
In 2014, leadership asked Sarah to take on the role of interim CEO of SMG Greater China — the network’s second largest market. Sarah served as Procter & Gamble’s first media leader to lead an integrated agency assignment. And she was the first media leader to be nominated for its brand agency leadership assignment, a position historically given to traditional agency account executives.

Alison Walden is a technologist and scientis. A Director of Experience Technology at SapientRazorfish, she partners with clients and creative teams to create experiences comprising both design excellence and technical longevity. She has devoted much of her career to introducing her clients and workplaces to new ideas and methods of applying inclusive design principles to digital experiences to make them accessible to people with disabilities. Working across domains in the fields of experience design, visual design, copywriting, and technology, Alison has trained and mentored teams across North America, Europe, and Asia in accessible design best practices. She celebrates each small victory as individual awareness and empathy converge with the development of new laws to create a digital landscape focusing on access to content for all, allowing people with disabilities to participate equally on the web.
