Prior to this role, Kim has held various roles within Unilever and also previously worked at IBM. Kim is passionate about developing people and was recently named the Unilever North America Finance ‘Inspirational Coach of the Year’. Kim received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and her MBA from New York University. Kim lives in Chicago with her husband, Aaron, and their dog, Harbor.

Wendy Freedman is a Senior Brand Manager in the Tea Division for Unilever, responsible for overseeing the Mainstream and Convenience portfolio. Prior to this role, Wendy worked in the US Ice Cream Business at Unilever managing the Core Frozen Novelty portfolio of Klondike, Popsicle and Good Humor. She has also held positions at Avon working in the fragrance, color cosmetics and personal care divisions, as well as Equal Sweetener in Chicago. Wendy received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison and a MBA from DePaul University.
