Courtney McKlveen is Vice President and Industry Lead for the retail, travel and QSR categories at Yahoo. A seasoned media professional, Courtney has over a decade of leadership experience across digital media strategy and partnerships. In her current role, she leads the San Francisco field sales team at Yahoo and works closely with marketers across categories to drive innovation and results for their brands. Since joining Yahoo in 2009, Courtney has led regional and national advertising sales teams with a focus on building strategic partnerships. Previously, Courtney held sales leadership positions at Microsoft and Buzzlogic. Courtney is on the board of governors for the San Francisco Bay Area Innovation Group. She has a bachelor's degree in political science from Western Washington University.

Margenett Moore-Roberts started her career in Digital Media in 2001 when she joined Muze, a data licensing and distribution company, to rebuild its Account Management function. During her tenure, Margenett re-defined the role of Account Management at Muze and transformed the function into a competitive differentiator for the company. In 2007, Margenett became the #14 employee at ScanScout, a video ad network, where she established and grew the Ad Operations, Publisher Services and Account Management functions. After ScanScout, Margenett was hired as the General Manager of Video Monetization for Interclick — an advertising network with a specialty in behavioral targeting. As a General Manager, Margenett was charged with leading and developing the business, product, sales and distribution strategies for the newly established video business. Shortly after setting the framework of the video monetization business at InterClick, the company was acquired by Yahoo. There, Margenett continued to lead the creation and development of the network video ad business and went on to drive revenue growth from $0 to $50M over 3 years. Most recently, Margenett has taken on the new challenge of leading Yahoo’s Office of Inclusive Diversity. In this role, Margenett champions inclusion and diversity as a mission-critical business imperative for Yahoo.

Courtney Panik is a Director of People Success at Yahoo where she is responsible for designing and executing the talent strategy for Yahoo’s global sales force consisting of over 3,000 employees. Her areas of specialization include organizational design and effectiveness, talent development, and aligning talent to key business goals. During her 7 years at Yahoo, Courtney has held positions in compensation, employee engagement, and program management including international roles in the UK and India. Prior to Yahoo, Courtney spent five years as a corporate recruiter. From 2012-2016, Courtney served on Sigma Kappa Sorority’s executive board as the national vice president of leadership development where she drove the organization’s strategy in developing impactful female leaders across its 165,000 members. Courtney received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Public Relations from Westminster College, and a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on women’s leadership from Simmons College.
