As the Head of Integrated Strategy for AT&T, Crystal is responsible for ensuring that data inspires every step of the process.
From strategy and creative development to deployment and live campaign optimization, she helps bring strategic rigor and insights farther upstream in the client relationship to ensure that every aspect of "The Work" is focused on developing compelling stories that penetrate culture, change behavior and drive results.
