Kelly X. Jin
Kelly X. Jin serves as Director of Data-Driven Justice at the Laura and John Arnold Foundation, where she leads criminal justice data and technology work to disrupt mass incarceration in local communities.
Prior to the Foundation, Kelly served as Policy Advisor to the U.S. Chief Technology Officer and Chief Data Scientist in the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. Before the White House, Kelly built and co-led the City of Boston's Data Analytics Team, where she oversaw a portfolio ranging from public safety to housing and led data visualization for the city.
Kelly has also served as an advisor to the Administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration and the Director of the White House Domestic Policy Council, and as a management consultant advising in strategic planning, performance and process improvement, and change management.
Kelly holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
