Trish Stroman is a Partner and Managing Director at the Boston Consulting Group and is a member of the firm's healthcare practice. She is the lead author of "Why Paid Family Leave is Good Business," which was developed in partnership with Pivotal Ventures, Melinda Gates' Executive Office. Over her career Trish has focused on strategy development, business model innovation and organizational issues with clients across the public, commercial, and not-for profit sectors. In particular, she works with organizations in global health and global development to navigate complex stakeholder environments and improve partnerships with the private sector. She is part of the leadership team for BCG's partnership with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and in 2014 Trish served as an adviser to the Special Representative of the UN Secretary General leading the Ebola Emergency Response. She is the proud mother of four – and spends most of her free time chasing her kids around parks and playgrounds in and around DC.
