As Ogilvy’s chief brand champion, Lauren is responsible for the direction and reputation of one of the world’s most recognized brands and award-winning creative agencies – including overall brand strategy, global communications, social media, and corporate responsibility.
Under her leadership, Ogilvy has earned much recognition, most notably named “Global Agency of the Year” (2016) by Adweek, EFFIEs World’s Most Effective Agency Network (2012, 2013, 2016) and “Stand Out Agency” (2012, 2013, and 2016) by Advertising Age, among others. In addition to her role as worldwide CMO, Lauren served as Senior Advisor to the agency’s “Next Chapter” global brand transformation and in 2016 was appointed to Ogilvy’s Executive Leadership Team.
Lauren is a member of the TIME’S UP™/ADVERTISING steering committee, reinforcing Ogilvy’s commitment to reform. In addition, Lauren was appointed to the MAKERS board and served as a delegate at the 2015 Media for Social Impact Summit held at the United Nations.
